As we are still in the development stage of the Scatter Rally concept the following rules will change and be expanded on.

Rules/Guidelines:

• All Scatter Rallies are entered at your own risk and it is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all laws and regulations.
• The overall winner is the one with the highest score.
  • If more than one competitor has the same highest score it will be at the judges discretion to determine the overall winner.

Scoring (Scatter Rally):

• Tasks points:
  • Each task successfully completed will earn 5 points.
• Bonus points:
  • A General Task has a bonus option, you get 2 points if your complete car is in the image, 1 point if only part of the car is visible.
• Penalty points:
  • If only part of your car is visible in a Specific Task you will loose 2 points.
• Time penalty:
  • Points will be deducted based on the time you reach the final task.

Scoring (Roadbook Rally):

• Points:
  • 20 points are award for completing the rally.
  • Each correct question on the questionnaire at the end of the rally will be awarded 15 points.
• Penalties:
  • One point will be deducted for each minute early or late from the ideal time. (Max 10 penalty points)
  • One point will be deducted for each 200m under or over the rally distance. (Max 10 penalty points)
